Medication Assistance & Infection Control
Our trained support workers assist participants to take their medications safely, correctly, and on time, according to their prescribed care plan and medical instructions. This includes reminding participants to take their medication, assisting with opening medication packaging if required, ensuring the correct dosage is taken at the right time, and monitoring for any side effects or concerns.
Our support workers follow NDIS guidelines, maintain accurate records, and ensure safe storage and handling of medications to protect the participant's health, wellbeing, and safety while promoting independence wherever possible.

Founder & Director
Gagandeep Kaur is the Founder and Director of Everyday Care Ability Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering compassionate and person-centred support to individuals with special needs. With over 13 years of professional experience across aged care, hospital, and disability support services in Melbourne, she brings extensive knowledge, clinical understanding, and a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for participants. Her background as a Registered Nurse has strengthened her ability to provide safe, high-quality, and culturally respectful care tailored to individual needs.
Gagandeep is passionate about empowering participants to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and actively engage in their communities. She believes in building trusting relationships with participants, families, and support coordinators while ensuring dignity, respect, and choice remain at the centre of every service. Through Everyday Care Ability, her mission is to deliver reliable, professional, and meaningful support that truly makes a positive difference in people’s everyday lives.
