• Provide safe environment
• Inform changes promptly

5. Payments

Payments are managed through:

• NDIS plan managers
• NDIA
• Self-managed participants

Invoices are issued according to NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

6. Cancellation Policy

Participants must provide notice before cancelling services as per NDIS guidelines.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information is kept confidential and protected.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Copy content without permission
• Provide false information

9. Liability

Everyday Care Ability Pty Ltd provides services with care and professionalism but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
